Eurozone – Jun Unemployment

In Jun, the Eurozone’s unemployment rate rose by 0.1 ppts to 7.8% – see figure 1. Covid-19 containment measures started being phased out by member states in Jun. The number of unemployed persons rose by 203,000 from May. Spain recorded the highest unemployment rate among the major Eurozone member states – see table 1.
